Thought Yemen was a time warp... time there just vanished. Errands that should take an hour, took 3... an afternoon chat would end at midnight... hell, a week completely vanished! But Ethiopia... their clocks are seriously warped. Sunrise starts the clock - so 6:00 is 1:00, 7:00 is 2:00, etc. And Ethiopian time really does go slower... they've got 13 months in their calendar.
